Seduction is an interesting area of hypnotism. It's actually a subset of NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, where the use of rapport, language structure, anchoring, etc. can help you in the "game" of meeting someone of the opposite sex.
Does it really work? Well, yes and no.
There's the Ross Jeffries school of seduction which focuses on meeting huge numbers of women in order to score. It's a numbers game and, quite frankly, the whole thing is very creepy. Jeffries teaches young men (mostly) to, basically, trick unsuspecting women into bed. Again... very creepy.
